Protecting those who matters most.

As emergency housing providers, our Safe Living Australia volunteers prioritise housing based on the circumstances of the individual.

Housing is available to:

Case managed victim survivors of domestic violence

Young person leaving care

NDIS funded individuals

Persons in need of immediate housing

Seeking safety.

How we support people:

While we primarily address the most pressing and urgent need of housing, we offer ancillary assistance where we can. This can include:

  • Food
  • Care Packs
  • Referrals
  • Rehabilitation and reintegration support
  • Pre-prison-release planning

In many cases, people have had to leave their personal belongings behind are starting over with clothing, toys, school supplies, pantry items and so on. It is through practical needs being met that people feel back in control of their lives, and valued, connected members of society.

Thrive, not survive.

Once people have moved from survival mode into a regular safe routine, their lives will change as they feel back in control.

With the help of our generous donors and partners, we can ensure the assistance directly reaches those who need it most, in a timely manner.
